Pea Protein is high in L-Arginine and L-Lysine and has an excellent amino acid profile overall. CAP Nutra's pea protein is a very fine powder (95% pass through 100 mesh) and has near-limitless applications.

The bag locks, which is so important.

The powder mixed very well with my flax seed, cayenne, ceylon cinnamon, blueberry, raspberry, orange juice, cacao powder, orange juice smoothie.

(Meaning it did NOT overpower taste-wise, didn't add grittiness, and added a nice body to the smoothie "ice cream". I need to source protein from other than strictly meat protein so hopefully this helps.

I'm ordering again when I get low.

This is the protein powder I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried soy (gave me hot flashes) tried whey (gave me Gastrointestinal issues I’ll spare the details of) Even tried one of those mixes of whatever the fitness protein people cooked up in the lab with unpronounceable ingredients. Didn’t want to grow extra limbs or turn green ,so I stopped that. And behold! Pea protein to the rescue! This stuff is great. I put it in my homemade peanut butter cookies, in my morning yogurt, or oatmeal. Tiny bit gritty in the yogurt, but still pretty tasty. Plus, I don’t have any weird or embarrassing side effects from it. The cost makes me smile too. Thanks!

This pea protein is great and is a staple item in my morning smoothies! Its neutral flavor doesn't affect the taste of my smoothie and blends very well. I feel satiated for a good portion of the day after drinking my protein-filled smoothie. Highly recommend. :)

I can't drink dairy protein and soy is just okay so I thought I would try this pea powder. I like to mix it with my Chocolate Almond Coconut milk and some ice in the blender as a kind of healthy shake. Taste's kind of neutral to me so it seems like it would be good in whatever kind of drink or smoothie. It has 1g total carb and 1g sugar ,15 g protein. The serving suggestion is 2 heaping Tablespoons. Raw, Non-GMO yellow Pea Protein is on the ingredient list that's it no fillers.
