This stuff is so great. Seriously. I put a scoop on my oatmeal every morning and the combination of those two things keeps me energized and regular (if you get my meaning). Since I started eating flax, I've felt much less bloated and full all the time. Yeah!

I don't like taking pills or capsules so try to avoid fish oil when I can, but still get heart healthy fats in my diet. Flax has Omega-3 fatty acids, which my doctor says are helpful for my heart. My cholesterol is down 20 points in the last 6 months, so something good seems to be happening. I'll keep it up!
